Teriyaki Honey Sweet Wing Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 Gallon Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 lb Brown sugar
  • 10 lb Honey
  • 3 oz water
  • 3 oz cornstarch

I like to toast some Wasabi Sesame Seeds to finish the wings, this provides a nice color contrast and provides an additional flavor element.

Cooking Method:

  1. Bring the Teriyaki, sugar and honey to a boil
  2. Mix the water and cornstarch in a separate bowl to make a slurry
  3. When the mixture boils whisk in the slurry
  4. Whisk until the mixture returns to the boil
  5. Allow to cool, fill in QT containers

Yields: 5 QT’s
