In honor of National Bratwurst Day, check out these three products to ease the process of enjoying a sizzling hot bratwurst and cold beer!

The Waring countertop griddle is the ideal solution for facilities that are looking to save space or create a unique action station. This compact, heavy-duty electric griddle offers the best of both worlds– durability and performance along with a stainless-steel cook top. Just like traditional gas griddles, there is an adjustable thermostat that has a maximum temperature of 570 degrees, but perhaps the best feature are the splash guards along the sides and back to prevent grease splatters. Combine the splash guards with the 11-inch easy to remove grease trap and there should be no reason to not give this a try for those bratwursts.

The Cambro Coldfest Crock and Maxi pump for Condiments is my go-to for
keeping that mustard at the correct temperature while providing guests the ability to control the amount they would like.  Simply freeze the crock upside down overnight and fill with the refrigerated mustard or other condiments to keep cold for up to six hours. When the pump is paired with the crock, the fixed nozzle pump dispenses one ounce at a time, minimizing waste and over saturation with condiments. The pump comes with a polycarbonate clear lid that takes the guesswork out of needing to refill.

What goes better with a Bratwurst than a cold beer? Check out the 22-ounce Pilsner glasses from Mikasa Hospitality’s “Laura” collection. Constructed of high quality, European crystal, it coordinates easily with any dinnerware pattern.
