Ingredients: 4 medium Granny Smith apples 100 grams Dark Brown Sugar 3 grams ground cinnamon 3 grams ground nutmeg 50 ml bourbon or water 50 grams unsalted butter 6 grams kosher salt 20 grams cornstarch 13 ml water Cooking Method: Peel, core, and slice apples.
