In honor of National Chocolate Cupcake Day, here are three products that will assist in baking the perfect cupcake!

Made of a durable food-grade silicone based woven fabric that is laminated and rubberized, this mold can be reused up to 3000 times before it is time to replace. The silicon mold is able to withstand temperatures from -40ºF to + 580ºF. This mold can be used with or without cupcake liners. I fill the mold with a Matfer pastry bag to ensure each mold gets an even amount of batter.
