Pasta Dough

Ingredients:

  • 300 g All Purpose Flout
  • 50g Semolina Flour
  • 3 each Eggs
  • 1 pinch Kosher salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Cooking Method:

  • Mix the All-purpose flour, Semolina flour salt and pepper and make a well
  • Crack the eggs into the middle of the well
  • combine until a dough forms
  • If the dough is sticky, sprinkle with additional flour
  • roll the dough out with a rolling pin
  • cut into the shape and width of preferance
  • cook the pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes (time might vary based on how the pasta is cut)
