Ingredients:
- 300 g All Purpose Flout
- 50g Semolina Flour
- 3 each Eggs
- 1 pinch Kosher salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Cooking Method:
- Mix the All-purpose flour, Semolina flour salt and pepper and make a well
- Crack the eggs into the middle of the well
- combine until a dough forms
- If the dough is sticky, sprinkle with additional flour
- roll the dough out with a rolling pin
- cut into the shape and width of preferance
- cook the pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes (time might vary based on how the pasta is cut)
