Ingredients:
- 6 garlic bulbs
- 6 Tablespoons blended oil
- 6 Tablespoons Red wine vinegar
- 4 Tablespoons water
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
Cooking Method:
- Preheat oven to 425° F
- Cut tops off of garlic bulbs and place in a 1/3 pan
- Brush the garlic with 1 teaspoon oil.
- Cover the pan in heavy-duty aluminum foil
- Bake at 425° for 30-35 minutes or until softened.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Squeeze softened garlic into a blender.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth.
- Label, date and refrigerate.
