Roasted Garlic Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 6 garlic bulbs
  • 6 Tablespoons blended oil
  • 6 Tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 4 Tablespoons water
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper

Cooking Method:

  • Preheat oven to 425° F
  • Cut tops off of garlic bulbs and place in a 1/3 pan
  • Brush the garlic with 1 teaspoon oil.
  • Cover the pan in heavy-duty aluminum foil
  • Bake at 425° for 30-35 minutes or until softened.
  • Cool for 10-15 minutes.
  • Squeeze softened garlic into a blender.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth.
  • Label, date and refrigerate.
