Roasted Garlic Dressing

Ingredients: 6 garlic bulbs 6 Tablespoons blended oil 6 Tablespoons Red wine vinegar 4 Tablespoons water 1 Tablespoon sugar 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard ½ teaspoon Kosher salt ¼ teaspoon white pepper Cooking Method: Preheat oven to 425° F Cut tops off of garlic bulbs and place in a 1/3 pan Brush the garlic with 1 teaspoon oil. Cover the pan in heavy-duty aluminum foil Bake at 425° for 30-35 minutes or until softened. Cool for 10-15 minutes. Squeeze softened garlic into a blender.
