Ingredients:
- 1 Gallon Teriyaki sauce
- 1 lb Brown sugar
- 10 lb Honey
- 3 oz water
- 3 oz cornstarch
I like to toast some Wasabi Sesame Seeds to finish the wings, this provides a nice color contrast and provides an additional flavor element.
Cooking Method:
- Bring the Teriyaki, sugar and honey to a boil
- Mix the water and cornstarch in a separate bowl to make a slurry
- When the mixture boils whisk in the slurry
- Whisk until the mixture returns to the boil
- Allow to cool, fill in QT containers
Yields: 5 QT’s
